AgroAsia Meeting with Botswana Tractors Association

AgroAsia Tractors Management and Botswana Tractors Association met at Grand Aria Hotel Gaborone!

Like other main stakeholders in Botswana’s agricultural sector, AgroAsia Tractors is also a key exporter and distributor of brand new and ISO-certified farm machinery from Pakistan to Botswana. AgroAsia Tractors has been playing a vital role in Botswana’s agricultural sector since 1991. Currently, the company has hundreds of well-satisfied customers across Botswana. With a vision to understand and address the challenges faced by farmers in Botswana regarding farm machinery, we recently completed another mission-oriented visit to Botswana. During this visit, we formally met with the Botswana Tractor Association (BTA) Management at Grand Aria Hotels and Conference Centre Jamali bypass, Gaborone, Botswana. The whole meeting agenda was centered around the in-depth details of farming conditions, farm machinery requirements, logistical challenges, and weather considerations in Botswana.

Botswana Tractor Association (BTA) showed their keen interest in incorporating AgroAsia tractors to support Botswana farmers. They expressed concern regarding the current agricultural Farm Machinery status of Botswana and asked to ensure the availability of all types of farm machinery, whether it be farm tractors, farm implements, or tractor parts.

During the meeting, AgroAsia Tractors Management also introduced the company’s main farm machinery products from leading brands like Massey Ferguson and New Holland. We also emphasized the importance of highly demanded Massey Ferguson and New Holland tractor models, such as MF 235 (50 hp), MF-240 (50 hp), MF-260 (60 hp), MF-360 Turbo (60 hp), MF-375 (75 hp), MF-385 2WD and 4WD (85 hp), MF-390 2WD and 4WD (85 hp). For New Holland tractors: NH 480s (55 hp), NH 640 (75 hp), NH 70 56 (85 hp), NH Dabang (85 hp), NH Ghazi (65 hp), NH TD95 (90 hp), NH TT75 (75 hp), along with their respective farm implements and genuine tractor parts.

We affirmed that AgroAsia Tractors will do its best for the Botswana agricultural sector by providing export-quality farm machinery at competitive market prices. We also assured that we can beat our competitors’ quotations because our mission is crystal clear: to serve Botswana farmers and local farm machinery providers. Furthermore, we confirmed that we will provide premium-quality farm implements that are easily attachable to any model of Massey Ferguson and New Holland tractors. Additionally, we ensured the availability of 100% genuine parts for Massey Ferguson and New Holland tractors.

During the discussions, it became clear that the Botswana government is strongly dedicated to improving the agricultural sector by investing in tractors and machinery in the years ahead. Recently, the Botswana Government launched the Temo Letlotlo Program to facilitate farmers in a modern way of farming by providing bulk farm machinery and seeds, as well as rewards in cash. This vision of progress and prosperity strongly aligns with AgroAsia Tractors’ goal of supporting farmers and boosting agricultural productivity.

As the meeting wrapped up, a feeling of friendship filled the room. Members shook hands and pledged to keep the conversation going and work together in the future. For AgroAsia Tractors, this meeting wasn’t just about business; it marked the start of a partnership based on mutual respect, common values, and a shared vision for Botswana’s agricultural future.
